I recently had some subpar experiences ordering wrapping paper from other Etsy shops where the paper was lower quality than expected or the designs were much more faded than advertised.
However, the design for this paper was fairly similar to what was advertised and paper was good quality. I also liked that the colors and design weren't faded or overly-pixelated like they were with some of the wrapping paper from other Etsy shops.
Likewise, I appreciate that the seller shipped the wrapping paper in a firm, protective cylindrical cardboard tube firmly sealed at both ends to prevent damage. Most of the sellers I recently bought from typically shipped their wrapping paper in triangle-shaped boxes that were often dented or damaged during the shipping process.

I ordered this paper because it was the perfect fit for a gift, and when I received it it exceeded my expectations in terms of look and quality. I also really appreciated the fact that it was rolled up as opposed to folded, protecting the paper and making sure it arrived crisp and clean. Although the product is very nice, the customer service provided by Kitty is honestly what put everything over the top. There was an issue with shipping and Kitty was quick to respond and get the issue resolved making sure that everything arrived on time. The shop has amazing works and designs but based on the customer service alone, I cannot recommend them enough!
