Processing Time
Orders are normally produced within 2–5 business days before being dispatched.
During busy periods, such as Christmas or promotional events, production may take a little longer.
Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times after dispatch are:

Europe
- Standard Delivery: 5–10 business days
United States & Canada
- Standard Delivery: 5–10 business days
Australia & New Zealand
- Standard Delivery: 7–14 business days

Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the products ordered and the delivery destination.
The exact shipping cost will be shown before you complete your purchase.
Multiple Shipments
Some orders containing multiple products may be fulfilled by different production partners. If this happens, your order may arrive in more than one package.
