Return & Refund Policy
We want you to be happy with your purchase from Wyrd Dezigns.
If something’s not quite right, you can return your item — here’s how it works:
Returns
- Returns must be requested and sent back within 14 days of receiving your order.
- Items must be in original condition and original packaging.
- Personalised and made-to-order items are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or faulty.
- Unless an item is faulty, return postage is the buyer’s responsibility.
To start a return, please contact us at support@wyrddezigns.com with your order number.
Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will issue a refund to your original payment method.
- Refunds typically take 3–5 business days to appear, depending on your bank.
- If an item is returned used, damaged, or without original packaging, we may decline the refund.
Damaged or Faulty Items
If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt with:
- Your order number
- A brief description
- A photo of the issue
We will arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.

Order Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of purchase, as items may enter production quickly.
If the item has already gone into production, you may need to return it to us once it arrives in order to receive a refund, unless it is a personalised item which cannot be cancelled once production has started.
